Our Origins
Grydale was founded in 2011 by Andrew Fanning in Australia, with a vision to design and manufacture cutting-edge industrial dust collection equipment. Through substantial investment in research and development, Grydale has secured international patents for its mobile and onboard dust extraction systems—setting a global benchmark in dust control technology.

A Strategic Partnership for North America
In October 2021, Grydale welcomed a significant investment from RD Offutt Co., a family-owned business with a strong focus on equipment-based enterprises. This partnership marked a pivotal moment in Grydale’s growth, enabling the expansion of our service capabilities, rental fleet, and international operations.

Building on this momentum, we are proud to introduce Grydale North America—a dedicated sector formed through the synergy between Grydale Australia and North America. This collaboration brings together Grydale’s engineering excellence and the extensive North American network to deliver localized production, service, and support across the continent.
