60 m3/s (125,000 CFM) Mobile, Electric, Skid Dust Collector
Overview
The JMS-60-MES is a complete dust collection system,
featuring a single air intake, filter house, clean air box,
silencer, exhaust, centrifugal fan and dust discharge system
mounted on a drag skid base. The centrifugal exhaust fan
creates 125,000CFM (60m³/s) at 12iwg (-3kPa).
Electric Power
The JMS-60-MES is powered by 380-480V and features a
536hp Variable Speed Drive (VSD).
The VSD ensures the dust collector provides the required
air flow using the least amount of power. This significantly
improves the unit’s power efficiency, recent projects have
indicated up to 40% reduction in power consumption.

Mobility
The JMS-60-MES - 125,000CFM (60m³/s), Mobile, Electric,
Skid Dust Collector is mounted on a compact, skid base.
Dust collectors mounted on a skid base offer a cost-effective
option when dust collection needs are relatively static.
The unit can be dragged into position using the four rigging
mounts at each end of the machine or moved using the four
lifting lugs. When units need to be repositioned there is
limited downtime in construction works as the complete unit
can be moved easily.
