Overview
The JMS-20-MDT is a complete dust collection system,
featuring multiple air intakes, filter house, clean air box,
silencer, exhaust, centrifugal fan and dust discharge system
mounted on a track base. The centrifugal exhaust fan
creates 40,000CFM (20m3/s) at 12iwg (-3kPa).
The compact integrated system provides significant space
saving advantages on project sites where space is restrictive
and allows for the efficient transport of the unit to and from
project work sites.
Diesel Power
The T4F/5 diesel engine powers the centrifugal fan, whilst
hydraulics are used to power the tracks and dust discharge
system.
Mobility
Grydale hold international patents for manufacturing the only
self-propelled, mobile dust collector on the market. Track units
offer full mobility with variable speeds between 1-3mph (2-
4km/h). This increases the speed and efficiency of
operations.
Our track mounted units have 5 key advantages:
1. Units can be easily transported and operational in a
short period of time, within limited set up requirements.
2. The diesel motor powering the fan means there is no
external power supply requirements (such as a mains
electrical connection or auxiliary power units).
3. Units can be easily moved / relocated during operations
and can track alongside dust generating equipment to
provide dust extraction at the source.
4. Units are driven using remote control.
5. Units do not require long, expensive ducting to be
constructed/installed.

Overview
The JMS-20-MES is a complete dust collection system,
featuring a single air intake, filter house, clean air box,
silencer, exhaust, centrifugal fan and dust discharge system
mounted on a drag skid base. The centrifugal exhaust fan
creates 40,000CFM (20m³/s) at 12iwg (-3kPa).
Electric Power
The JMS-10-MES is powered by 380-480V and features a
147hp Variable Speed Drive (VSD).
The VSD ensures the dust collector provides the required
air flow using the least amount of power. This significantly
improves the unit’s power efficiency, recent projects have
indicated up to 40% reduction in power consumption.
Mobility
The JMS-20-MES - 40,000CFM (20m³/s), Mobile, Electric, Skid
Dust Collector is mounted on a compact, skid base.
Dust collectors mounted on a skid base offer a cost-effective
option when dust collection needs are relatively static.
The unit can be dragged into position using the four rigging
mounts at each end of the machine or moved using the four
lifting lugs. When units need to be repositioned there is
limited downtime in construction works as the complete unit
can be moved easily.
