JMS M-Series Key Features

Experience top-tier fuel efficiency combined with a variable speed drive (VSD) velocity probe for a potential 40% reduction in power consumption. When paired various mobility options for easy movement and relocation, this leads minimized downtime on job sites and enhanced productivity.

The global demand for dust control solutions is on the rise as health and safety experts prioritize improving dust control regulations to mitigate health risks for workers.

JMS M-Series dust provide adaptable air intake options ranging from 6m³/s to 60m/s, ensuring that each unit meets your specific needs. With high-efficiency filters designed to optimize and energy consumption, all units undergo extensive performance testing. Selecting the right dust control solution for your unique application is essential.

Mobility Options. Customized to Suit Site Access and Application.

Track

Grydale holds international patents for manufacturing the only self propelled, track mounted, mobile dust collector on the market. These units offer full mobility with variable speeds between 2-4 kph to increase the speed and efficiency of operations. A key feature is the tracks are hydraulically driven by the diesel engine and operated via remote control. Track mobility allows dust collection units to move and operate alongside dust generating machinery, reducing the volume of air requiring treatment and improving the efficiency of whole site operations.

Hydraulic Stepping System
The Hydraulic Stepping System is another key feature and powers four legs that lift the units up, while a pair of skates move the unit forward or backwards. This movement can be repeated to reach the required distance.

Drag Skid
Dust collectors mounted on a skid base offer a cost-effective option. The skid can be dragged using the four towing points at each end of the machine or moved by crane using the four lifting lugs.

Castor Wheel Base

Mobile Dust collectors mounted on a castor wheel base can be moved easily using one of the two available options:

  • Sliding  –The compressed rigid castor wheels to allow ease of movement. Castor wheels can be supplied with or without brakes and customized to fit platform rails if required.

  • Lifting – Using the four designated lifting lugs at each corner of the machine, units can be lifted into position.

Mobile Dust Collectors. How They Work?

jms-m-series-airflow-diagram

1. Air is pulled through the dirty air intake by the Centrifugal Fan

2. Larger dust particles drop through the Drop-Out Box and are separated from the air stream.

3. Dust and fumes are trapped on the filters forming a cake on the surface as air passes through the filter house.

4. Reverse pulse filter cleaning system cleans the filters.

5. Dust particles are discharged from the machine via the augers and rotary valves.

6. The velocity probe monitors air speed and turns the centrifugal fan up, or down to maintain air volume.

7. Clean air exhausts from the machine with a filtration efficiency of 99.99% at 0.067 micron.
